My place is close to Soekarno-Hatta main road (many restaurants and dining places), Universitas Brawijaya (3 km) Arjosari Terminal (6 km), Abdurrahmansaleh (13 km). You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood (it's a cozy, private place, with a nice air). There is an alternative route for easier access to Batu (avoid heavy traffic before Landungsari Terminal). My place is awesome for families (with kids) and big groups.
