The fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows and star gazing at the dark sky reserve. Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.

This ongoing project utilises reused, recycled Nissan Huts (2 huts) to provide a cosy place to stay. 100% solar powered and filtered rain water. The rooms are configured to suit a couple or twin share on request at time of booking. All bookings receive a bottle of local Springton/Eden Valley wine and a cheese from the Barossa Cheese Company.

Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.
