Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.

St Pauls is a beautiful & historic converted Old School. It is located in the centre of Penzance, steps away from local shops, restaurants, cinema, galleries, parks and the seaside. Nearby there is Jubilee Pool, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Harbour, St Ives, Porthcurno, Lands end and much more. This place is the perfect base to explore the best of Cornwall. Train, Bus, Taxi & Car Rental is a 10 minute walk away and there is a parking space for you to use directly outside the property.
