Enjoy our two bedroom, two bath plus a den cozy basement apartment. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is across from the bathroom. The third room is a den with flat screen TV, sofa, and chairs. There's a full sized kitchen, a Keurig Coffee maker, and small dinning area. The coziest space is the living area with a gas fireplace to enjoy on cold evenings. The front porch allows you to watch sunsets. 1 dog allowed at $20/night.

Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for.
