It has a private boat dock for your enjoyment, so bring your boat in the summer! Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views. Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin. This guesthouse sits on almost 42 acres that borders the 300 acreTWRA public hunting land. The slough in the backyard is a duck hunters dream! Also located just 10 minutes to the Dayton Boat dock, it’s a great spot for fishermen to hang their hats after a long day on the water, grill out, and relax. The carport on the cabin is a great spot to park your boat with electrical hook ups. THE OVEN DOES NOT WORK!!
