The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Less than 5 minutes from the zoo, less than 10 minutes away from downtown & Memorial Stadium, just blocks from Bryan Hospital & minutes from St. E's Hospital (perfect for traveling nurses!). Easy access to restaurants, shopping, & entertainment. Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. Protect your vehicle in the off-street covered parking stall which is only a short walk to the entrance (7 stairs up and 13 down). Close to Union College/Shops.

Stay in Heart of Central City (3 Min Walk- Winery)

Stay in this historic carriage house apartment. Although beautifully decorated it does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. Our home is next to a train track. Welcome to rural Nebraska. Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

The inside of the cabin gives you the feeling that you're in the middle of the woods, or tucked away in the mountains somewhere!

Enjoy wonderful views and gorgeous sunsets at the country quiet cottage on our farm. The trailhead of the Cowboy Trail- the longest rails to trail in the US-is 15 minutes away. You have the entire cottage to yourself which includes two queen beds in separate bedrooms. Plenty of room for parking if you need extra space for a trailer. The Windmill Cottage is a great location for a peaceful getaway.
