There is a swimming pool in the condominium 300 meters from the house, which is not private, with use in summer. The dam is 200 meters away, where you can swim. It has central heating, fireplace, TV, garden around the house. It has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, games room (billiards, table tennis, table tennis), dining and living room.
