Welcome to Lynn 1– This unit is located on the top of our tri-plex building we have owned for many years. We take great pride in providing a comfortable and convenient place for our guests. With its central location, this unit is close to base, hospitals, UAA, downtown or highway for stunning scenic drives. This unit has a spacious walk through kitchen & great room with 36 windows to watch the sunset. Two bedrooms and laundry room with washer and dryer. As well as a 600 sq ft deck to enjoy!

Best 2BR Private Stay by Trails & DT in Cozy House

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an adorable dog.
