Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Fully refurbished one bed flat in a lovely area of Birmingham. The whole property has been done at a high spec and high standards. The apartment is on the ground floor and is very quiet. It has one bedroom and one living room. The main entrance is secured with a digicode and secured with CCTV. Ground floor flat. You can park outside the flat (free street parking). You will have the flat for yourself. You won't share the bathroom or kitchen with anyone else.
