This is one side of a beautifully remodel duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress!

Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!
