Μακριά από τον θόρυβο των μεγάλων τουριστικών κέντρων, τα Ψακούδια προσφέρουν ένα ήσυχο και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και απόδραση από την καθημερινότητα.

The house is totally renovated from scratch. It is situated in a 6 individual houses complex, which was built at the edge of a cliff in front of the sea and the forest. It is not close to the street so it is very quiet; It has a beautiful view especially from the upper rooms and a 300sq meters private garden. It is fully equipped but we can always adjust house’s equipment to your special needs. All items in the house are carefully selected and they are all of high quality.

Από το μεγάλο παράθυρο του σαλονιού και από την άνετη βεράντα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη Χερσόνησο της Σιθωνίας και τα κρυστάλλινα νερά του Τορωναίου Κόλπου με το νησάκι Κέλυφος, ενώ από το άλλο μπαλκόνι μπορείτε να δείτε το παραδοσιακό καφέ-μπαρ Κουτσόμυλος στο κέντρο του χωριού.

The house is located in a small village, in the nature, green everywhere, there is a place where children can play, there is a shower outside the yard, a solar and water heater, a barbecue and parking. Within 100 meters there is a very picturesque beach where guests can enjoy their bath and nice woods nearby. At a distance of 120 meters there is a minimarket. From there guests can visit all of Halkidiki.

Our house is located in Sozopoli , the distance from the beach by walking is 10 minutes and 2-3 minutes by car. The house consists of a living room, kitchen,2 bedrooms (one inside the house one outside(more private ) ), bathroom (outside)and a barbecue kiosk!!! When you rent the house , it's all on your privacy. There are some local supermarkets, bakery, beach bars and restaurants.
