Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. Grab a kayak from the garage and spend the day exploring the coast from this homey beachfront retreat. Fire up the grill for leisurely evening dinners, or curl up in the leather and rattan armchair and sip a chilled glass of wine. This house will make you feel at home on the beach. With a full kitchen, two living rooms, and great top deck there is a space for everyone. You will have the whole house and access to all of the toys/bikes in the garage. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's number, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located near the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe, friendly town square 40 yards away, the children can roam in a secure environment. The best way to experience Newport is by the boardwalk. Either walking or riding bikes. This house comes with 8 bikes. Plenty enough to take everyone out for a fun ride! Make sure to lock the bikes up when you go.
