My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.

By The Sea

The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

The apartment is situated in the quiet place of Golden Fields.It is located 200 m from public beach and 300 m from the Old Town of Kotor.It has a one bedroom and modern restroom.There is a beautiful backyard above the apartment with a full BBQ equipment. A restaurant and a shopping centre ,,Kamelija'' are both 250 m from the ''Apartment Nancy''.It has a private parking space .
