This beautiful Villa Uuttu is located right on the lake front. It has four bedrooms, big common area with a fire place and smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and sauna area. Free use of washing machine and dryer for guests. Also for kids, there’s books and board games available. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet doing different activities depending on the time of year. In winter we offer complimentary snowshoes and ice fishing gears. Summertime a rowing boat and paddle boards are available.

You can watch sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of space for even bigger group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 300 square meters. There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

Villa Pahta, More than just accommodation! PEACE!

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Kaunis talo järvimaisemalla 205 m2 ja iso terassi. Talo on valmistunut 2012. Talosta on hyvä näkymä auringonlaskujen katsomista varten ja revontuliakin on mahdollista nähdä tiettyinä aikoina. Talossa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja avara olohuone sekä keittiö. Saunasta pääsee suoraan terassille. Pihalla on iso trampoliini lapsille. Keskusta on vain 4 kilometrin päässä. Takan käyttö on lisäpalvelu.

Lovely house with 3 bedrooms & hallway upstairs, living room, kitchen, toilet& shower down stairs +Johanna´s treatment room "behind the kitchen". Available for short 2-14 days staying. You can book different kind of treatments during your stay. It is also possible to heat sauna next to Kemijoki river. Our lovely yard is also available in all seasons. Welcome!

Toisen makuuhuoneen sängyt saa parivuoteeksi, matkasänky ja lisäpatjoja saa pyydettäessä. Ruokailuvälineet n. 8 hengelle. Kohteessa on puulämmitteinen sauna. Pihassa uusi ulkosauna joka on erikseen vuokrattavissa.
