The studio is self catering with a kitchenette that is equipped with a small fridge, gas stove, microwave, kettle & essential crockery. Comfy bed with cotton linen. NO TV. Wi-fi is available and safe parking for one car.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family. The unit is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, Walter Sisulu Sports Complex and Randpark Golf Club.
