Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine luxuriöse Küche, ein grosses Wohnzimmer sowie eine Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Das neu erbaute Haus liegt auf einem teilweise bewaldeten 6'000m2 grossen Grundstück, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort für naturliebende Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Baumeln Sie in der Hängematte und lassen Sie ihren Blick übers Meer schweifen, beobachten Sie Brüllaffen aus nächster Nähe, schauen Sie vorbeifliegenden kreischenden Papageien zu und bestaunen Sie nachts vom Whirlpool aus den atemberaubenden Sternenhimmel. Im Hochparterre verfügt die Casa Pepito über zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett und Klimaanlage, das andere mit drei Einzelbetten), zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Terrasse mit Aussenjacuzzi. Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet für bis zu 6 Personen und verfügt über einen grossen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Keramikherd sowie einen Geschirrspüler. Weiter gibt es einen separaten Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Dieses freistehende Haus bietet allen Komfort, ist ruhig gelegen und gewährleistet volle Privatsphäre.
