NO STRESS in Sunset apartment with garden

SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Also, the apartment is soooooo close to: Paklenica NP, river Zrmanja, North Velebit Nature Park, Modric cave, Zadar, Nin, Plitvice Lakes NP, Krka Waterfalls NP, Kornati islands NP ... Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
