We are located minutes from Pensacola NAS along with lots of other restaurants and shopping venues. We fell in love with this 6th floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. The condo is very quiet and easily accessible to the elevator, pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. HAPPY BEACHING!!

Unwind in our comfortable 4th floor Beach Front "Slice of Paradise" with private beach. The balcony offers unobstructed, gorgeous views of the Gulf and the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key. Soak up the sun as you kick back on the balcony and count the dolphins while being lulled by the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
