You will feel at home in this newly renovated, fully equipped 2-bedroom townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on the New River. The second-floor deck off the master bedroom is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or a toast at day's end, with a hint of a water view. The master bedroom features a queen bed, with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, are stainless. The upstairs second bedroom/game room has everything kids and adults young at heart would love!

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Our cottage is minutes from Topsail Island, quality grocery stores, great restaurants, breweries, and a new pre-prohibition styled distillery. We love our home, and want to share this location and our vacation-like amenities with our guests. Spend the day at the beach, or on one of three patios sipping margaritas. End each day with a long bath in our renovated clawfoot tub, or enjoying a homemade dinner from the full kitchen. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and walks of life!

With a quiet beachfront location, this home boasts four balconies with a view! Two balconies that face the ocean offer plenty of sunshine and endless dolphin sightings. The two balconies off the back of the home offer amazing sunset views, and wildlife sightings of the inter coastal waterway. Enjoy a stroll on the beach from the private entrance and pergola. Stocked with every modern comfort, this open concept home has plenty of room to host you and your loved ones!

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

The Green Grove

Come enjoy your stay at the Green Grove, in the heart of Jacksonville. A lively 4 bedroom home. Newly renovated with new appliances , and fits 8 guests. We carry all items you would need from a fully stocked kitchen to 1 gig of high speed internet , and board games for the whole family. We have an in unit washer and dryer and 2 full baths. We are plant enthusiasts which is why you'll find exotic house plants throughout the property.
