The Orange Peel, a Historic Cottage in Old Town

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Whittier destination is a mid-century cottage in a private courtyard of 6 cottages situated in a semi-circle around a sparkling swimming pool. Ideal for families, couples business people and the like. More than just a place to stay, it's a destination in and of itself.

Welcome to "The Captains Cottage" in the charming Alamitos Beach neighborhood. This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.

Little Funky Beach House with Yard

This is your little home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, with full size stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Full size tub and shower as well as side by side washer and dryer. Small, grassy area plus cozy outdoor dining space with seating. Many (easily 10-12) nice restaurants within half a mile. Beach and sunset watching a close 3 blocks away. The Redondo Beach Pier is approx 4 blocks away. It's on PCH so you will have easy access to public transportation if needed.

Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.

A short walk to the National Forest and a 10-minute drive to both Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, the historic Twin Peaks Lodge offers 21 unique cabins with a top-rated restaurant on site. Our 3 rules: no smoking no pets (sorry, no exceptions) no grilling or bonfires (we're surrounded by trees!) Some things to note: we have a microwave & small fridge at the cabin, and our restaurant is open for dinner and there's a little market open late just next door!

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
