Grandma's Cottage

This cottage has 2 bedrooms w/2 full size beds, a screened front porch with table/chairs. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. There is an outdoor firepit, and we provide the firewood. The 100 ft. lake frontage is a short walk through a forever park which is right next door to the cottage. The cottage is close to wine trails, fine dining, boating, fishing, hiking and CMAC Performing Arts Center.

The space is fully equipped for your comfort. The cottage is a 10 minute drive to the city of Canandaigua for dining & shopping and a 5 minute drive to the CMAC concert venue. Come unwind and enjoy all the beauty Canandaigua Lake has to offer!

Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!
