Newly renovated villa in lovely village near Split which can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Located only 15-20 minutes by car to town Split center It consists of five large en suite rooms, big living room connected to kitchen with direct exit to pool area and BBQ. Guests can also enjoy hot tub on second floor and a gym just by the villa. Total area of the villa is 300m2 on a huge property of 2000m2. To protect your peace and privacy ,Villa is only available for rent as a complete unit.

Modernly decorated 290 m² two floors villa with pool, large lawn and playground is located in the beautiful countryside of Dalmatian Zagora. Featuring free WiFi, on the ground floor is spacious living room and dining area with a large covered terrace, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is also traditional tavern with barbecue with separate entrance. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, laundry and ironing facilities. In the basement there is a play area with billiards and a darts.

The Villa Kalura consists of ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is divided in two parts. In one part, size 40 m2, there is a space with fun & gym room and a bathroom. In the second part, size 50 m2, there is a fully equipped modern apartment with bathroom and one sleeping room with two single beds. On the first floor there is a luxuriously equipped apartment, size 105 m2, with three doublebed sleeping rooms, bathroom and toilet. Both floors have access to spacious terraces.
