This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. Playa Pita. Easy access in regular car. 15 min N of Jaco, 5 min N of Hotel Punta Leona. Beach is a 4 minute walk. Amazing views. Macaws stop by regularly. Jungle hikes at doorstep (monkeys). 2 private terraces. A/C in double occupancy master bedroom and A/C in optional 2nd room for guests #3&4. Several restaurants nearby. Rosanna and her daughter live discretely in separate caretaker unit, providing security and advice. *Turn-off is located just BEFORE the TROVA gas station*

Down Town stay

Cozy apartment with an excellent location in the city center, steps away from Main Avenue. Easy walk to lots of sights, shops and restaurants. The apartment has all of the amenities required for your stay and most important a reliable internet. Located in a second floor decorated with a nice interior wood design. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend, the location is noisy as it is in the middle of the city with a bus station outside the building.
