Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Enjoy our 1 bedroom house that is 5 min drive from the Upper Hutt city centre with quick access to the motorway to Wellington City. Open plan full kitchen, dining room and lounge with everything you would need to cook a meal. Separate bedroom with a new queen bed. If required a single bed can be added to the lounge to provide extra guest. Bathroom with new shower, toilet and vanity. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and a clothes line. Just a short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.

Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!

Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.

Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun.
