Building has a Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full bath with tub and shower, plus separate 1/2 bath. There is private off street parking. We charge NO additional cleaning fee.

Authentic 1882 carriage house is located 4 blocks off I-630 - just minutes from the VA Med Center, UAMS and Children's Hospitals, in the heart of the business, South Main (SoMa) and River Market districts. The carriage house is where the horse and carriage were housed. The owners live in the main cottage and the two houses are separated by a brick courtyard with a waterfall.
