Our top floor condo is an oasis in the middle of everything. Its well located just 1 block off main street (Colorado Ave), a 3-min walk to the ski resort (Chair 7), steps away from two of the best restaurants in town (There Bar and Siam) and on the same block as the grocery store. There's a ski locker on the ground level, indoor parking (first come, first serve), an awesome lobby with a fireplace and deck with hot tub, and a beautiful shared backyard. This is our favorite location in Telluride.

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream.
