The space is BIG, bright, clean and spacious! We really enjoy hosting so we love to provide as much extra as possible. Private key code entrance so no need to keep up with keys! Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% linen and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

Enjoy the use of 3 paddle boards & a kayak off of the private dock or head to the nearby beach access with the provided necessities and then come back to enjoy spectacular sunset views from the private deck & hot tub.

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Walk to the Atlantic Ocean for sunrise and the Pamlico Sound for sunset! Enjoy star gazing on your private deck!

Our second master suite has just been remodeled for a fresh clean and inviting look. Suite is located on ground level with private entrance. Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.
