Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
