Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Cool Ridge Cabin

Enjoy the peace of this cozy cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, dishes and serving utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender. We supply coffee etc., salt, pepper. Bath towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and soaps. The beds are made with fresh linens. The covered deck faces the woods where you can enjoy the sound of the river. Cook out on the grill and enjoy a fire in the firepit. Wash your treasures on the outside table.

We do accept 1 small dog with a fee. Cabin is located just steps away from the Ouachita River. It has an awesome view of the river and is peaceful and quiet. You won't find a nicer cabin in this area. It has a big deck where you can sit and relax. It has a gas grill, Alexa command outdoor audio, and a swing set for the kids. It also has beautiful rock walkway leading down to the river with a lounging area and a charcoal grill and prepping table. You can swim or fish in front of the cabin.

Enjoy a peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is yours to explore with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. Come enjoy nature in our beautiful cabin. Woods Creek Cabin is in a quiet, wooded setting just north of Mt. Ida. We have a compact kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Keurig and small refridgerator. Our rustic log queen size bed is perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before exploring the Ouachita Mountains just outside your door. You will enjoy playing a fun game of horseshoes, Baggo, grilling or just sitting around the firepit while listening to the creek and birds.

Welcome to your private retreat with gorgeous views of the Ouachita River and over 4 acres to explore. This beautiful home features a wrap-around deck that gives the bedrooms balcony access to enjoy sunsets. The living room has reclining leather couches and a TV with Roku while the eat-in kitchen has plenty of cookware. Downstairs, play pool with a 2nd Roku TV. Full washer and dryer access, 15 miles from Lake Ouachita with boat rentals and easy day drive to Hot Springs.

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.
