Surrounded by woodland and wildlife, with a small stream running close by. The cabin is fully equipped and has an open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen. Breakfast bar, Lounge with 50" Smart TV & Xbox. 1 double bedroom, shower room & a private decking & seating area with BBQ & fire pit. *Adults only. No infants or children please.

The Hogget Hut, hot tub and *BBQ hut

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of theTrossachs National Park sits the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen and The Hogget Hut. This shepherds hut provides a unique secluded experience for honeymooners, adventure seekers and those who just want to relax, rewind and admire the scenery. Enjoy Loch Voil, explore the hills, and watch the wildlife. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub. Cook alfresco on the fire-pit or retire to the Nordic style BBQ hut.(*subject to availability) to end the day.

Hillbank Coach House - Ideal Town Centre Location

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

West Lodge is picturesque cottage on a rural farm between Auchterarder and Crieff just by the River Earn - A perfect getaway for relaxation or exploration. We are also set up with good wi-fi for working from home Downstairs is a sitting room with study desk and dining room. Both have open fires. Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.

A hidden hideaway awaits at our Cabin in the Den located in the beautiful Perthshire countryside. The cabin has everything you need for a short break or longer stay. Explore woodland walks, mountain bike trails, the small town of Scone, historic city of Perth and farther afield. Enjoy long Scottish summer evenings on your decking or warm up in front of the log burner, away from the busy world. Less than five miles from motorway network linking you with the rest of Scotland.

'Ericht' Enjoy Hot Tub Views Cabins at the Roost

"Ericht" was completed in April 2022. We are taking bookings now for May 2022 onwards. This is our 2nd cabin and 'Isla' is generally booked months in advance. Ericht offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. The Wash House: a Cosy Romantic Countryside Escape

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.
