Only 6.5 miles to Lido Beach and 8 miles to the famous Siesta beach. You have your own private back yard patio. Safe and quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. You will not regret your choice of stay. Beach chairs and towels as well as (shared) laundry room available for use. Parking is off street in circle driveway. Great WiFi but NO TV.
