Welcome to The Knotty But Nice Treehouse of Pinehurst. Our unique rental is an 800 sqft studio nestled between Lake Pinehurst and The No.3 (Donald Ross Pinehurst Course, 1910). We have recently remodeled. Features include: unique furniture, fun colors, knotty decor, locally harvested pine plank flooring, full kitchen, walk in shower, and floor to ceiling windows. Our Knotty But Nice Treehouse is the ideal location for your vacation to Historic Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Take a well-earned vacation or work remotely with a view at this perfect getaway located on the 1st hole of Pinehurst #5. At this location, you have an 8-minute walk to the clubhouse and a 15-minute walk the downtown area. This property includes one queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull-out bed in the living room. My unit has ~250 mbps WIFI, cable tv, and a Roku for streaming. I completed an extensive renovation in Spring 2021 and would love to have you as a guest!

Approximately 40 minutes to Fort Bragg for Military/DOD civilians who are TDY or house hunting; 4 miles to First Health Moore Regional Hospital for travel nurses; 2.5 miles to Sandhill community college; Reservoir Park is a 250 yard walk from the front door and includes a 95 acre lake, and more than 12 miles of Greenway Trails.

This newly renovated stand alone townhome features brand new flooring, kitchen and bathroom counter tops and fixtures, and new stainless steel appliances. The outdoor patio overlooks overlooks the first tee of Pinehurst #5. We are located on the ground floor with a private front door entrance. Our condo is renovated with brand new appliances, floors, and fixtures. The cozy and spacious bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space. An additional 2 guests can stay on on our queen sofa bed.
