Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.

Villa Caracol has a very private 7 m pool with a great pool and grill area behind the villa. Also view to the famous Maderas Rock from the front porch and to the sandy beach and ocean from a grass area in front of the villa. You have private direct access down to the beach.
