Natchitoches is known for festivals throughout the year including their Christmas Festival.

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy 1-bed 1-bath home!

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

The Carriage House

This unique place has a style all its own. Wonderful historical home, waiting for you to experience its eloquent appeal! Step back in time of hardwood floors and clawfoot tub. All new appliances and completely new lighting, fans and a/c and heating. Wonderful views from the windows and very quiet with large oak trees. We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
