This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 10 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean and Montenegrin menu.

MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Prcanj hillside 1 bed

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is up a steep hill that may not be easy for everyone to access. There is access with a car but please keep in mind that it is a narrow uphill road with space for a smaller vehicle. The pool is shared by 6 apts and the beach is approx 200 meters walk down the road. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and truly amazing views from the spacious terrace. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Our apartment is situated in a small and quiet coastal place – Prcanj. It is 6 kilometers far from the city of Kotor, but is also very well connected to it with local bus companies and taxies. International airport Tivat is 7 kilometers far, and the city of Dubrovnik (Croatia) with its nearby airport Cilipi is 60 kilometers away, also well connected to Kotor (Montenegro).
