Poggio Martino Bauernhaus mit Pool

Poggio Martino ist ein altes Bauernhaus mit einer Fläche von etwa 600 Quadratmetern, aufgeteilt in sieben unabhängige Wohnungen. Jede Wohnung hat einen Wohnbereich, Küche und ein oder mehrere Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Ein Grill steht zur Verfügung, und im Garten befindet sich ein schöner Swimmingpool. Die Panoramalage mit Blick auf die Hügel von Montepulciano schafft eine ruhige Atmosphäre für unsere Gäste. Die Villa wurde im perfekten ländlichen toskanischen Stil restauriert.

L'alloggio si trova al PRIMO PIANO di una villa immersa nel verde denominata “Il Castellaccio”, che deve il suo nome alla vicinanza con le rovine del vecchio castello appartenuto alla famiglia degli Uberti. La casa gode di una magnifica vista sulla campagna circostante ed è ideale per una vacanza rilassante per famiglie o gruppi di amici, con la possibilità di visitare città d’arte e godere degli splendidi paesaggi del Chianti, nonché delle specialità enogastronomiche della zona.

Our vegetable garden is located just above the ancient village, here every season works its magic, we grow the plants and vegetables that we use to prepare the dishes for our cooking classes. Welcome, warmth and comfort are the ingredients of our hospitality.

The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
