Our apartment is located in Torrenieri (SI) fraction of Montalcino, close to many tourist attractions such as: San Quirico d'Orcia, Terme di Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, Buonconvento & San Giovanni d'Asso, it is also at the Via Francigena about 1,500 meters from the famous cypresses of S. Quirico d'Orcia. It is a comfortable, welcoming and well-organized apartment, located on the ground floor with a private parking space. Perfect for a holiday in Val d'Orcia! Casa Irene è un delizioso appartamento in stile Toscano, situato al secondo ed ultimo piano di una palazzina a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro,50 mt per porta San Matteo ed altri 50 mt per la via Francigena. Data la posizione defilata si raggiunge facilmente in auto per parcheggiare nell'immediato parcheggio libero. L'appartamento dotato di wifi ed aria condizionata si suddivide in sala/cucina openspace,camera e bagno con doccia ed un terrazzo abitabile con affacci sulle mura di San Gimignano

la casa si trova in un giardino con alberi da frutta (la frutta naturalmente può essere colta dall'ospite, mangiata o usata per fare marmellate) è appena fuori dal paese e a 100 metri dal bar e dal supermercato. Il paese si trova a 8 kilometri dal lago Trasimeno che si può raggiungere comodamente in bicicletta (due sono a disposizione) e in posizione strategica per raggiungere i borghi più importanti sia dell'Umbria che della Toscana. Nell'alloggio sono presenti le guide di tutte le località.
