This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a separate study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

Troverete bar, ristoranti, supermercati e le vie dello shopping appena varcata la porta di casa. A pochi passi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere l'aeroporto e dei bus per arrivare in pochi minuti alle bellissime spiagge. I quattro quartieri storici, i musei e tutte le attrazioni di questa magica città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

La mia casa è piccola ma accogliente e luminosa, dispone di tutti i confort, ma quello che la rende davvero speciale è il bellissimo panorama. Sono a disposizione biancheria e stoviglie. E' presente il wifi illimitato con fibra ultra veloce. La casa sulle mura è nel cuore del centro storico, in una piazzetta vicina alle vie dello shopping. Ottima posizione. Una volta giunti in stazione, arriverete in 10 minuti a piedi. La casa ha al suo interno le mura della città, costruite nel 1500. The house is located in the heart of the historical center, in a small square close to the shopping streets. 10 minutes walking from the station (connected to the airport). Inside the house there are the walls of the old city.
