° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.
