Enjoy the Pacific Ocean views, the sounds of the Costa Rican jungle and a private swimming pool, along with a wonderful three-bedroom home, in Ballena, Costa Rica (10 minutes south of Uvita). The property is gated and has a carport for up to two vehicles. The first floor of Ballena Bliss was designed to incorporate enjoyment with both the inside and the outside of the home, but blending into one connected space. The second floor is where all three bedrooms are located (all bedrooms have air conditioners inside the room). The Owner's Bedroom: A/C, en-suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Queen bed, A/C, patio/balcony access from the bedroom Bedroom #3: Bunk beds, A/C There is a bathroom on the second floor for the guests of Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 to share. There is an amazing outside covered patio on the second floor available for Guests to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year. It's a great place to enjoy the breezes, the sounds of the jungle and to watch the ocean.
