This lovely one bedroom self catering apartment is in a quiet, residential area and is the perfect location in which to explore Dublin. The apartment is a short walk (6 minutes) to Rathmines. Rathmines is a vibrant neighbourhood bustling with shops, restaurants and bars. Rathmines is a short walk (3km) or bus ride to the city centre where you can experience some of the best food and drink Dublin has to offer aswell as easy access to explore all of Dublins hidden gems on foot, bike, bus or train.

Comfortable space in the heart of Sandymount village. Fully furnished with 2 king size beds & 2 bathrooms. It is new and kitted out with top quality furniture and appliances. The space has high speed internet and smart tv Sandymount village is a very upmarket neighbourhood with fabulous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. We are a 20 min bus ride to the city centre. 10 min walk to the Aviva stadium. Train station close by! The apartment is on the 1st floor, there are steps up to it and no lift.

It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes Free parking is located a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

You’re welcomed with a Continental Breakfast with personalised Milk Choice and all the essentials you’ll need for a superb stay. Giving the amazing location this apartment is very peaceful inside. It faces the garden side and as there are only 10 apartments in the block, you’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep. No lift though, sorry

Note: (I only rent the apartment to 2 guests). 10 minutes walk to Luas tram and 10 minutes journey to City centre . Bus service to City 100 mts from apartment. Ranalagh and Donnybrook 10/15 minutes walk, with superb restaurants, and bars. Also close to RDS, University College Dublin, and St Vincent’s Hospital.
