Our guest house is a 2 story suite. It is approximately 960 square ft. It features a private entrance with keyless entry, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. Our guest house has 2 queen beds, 2 mounted big screen smart televisions (70 inches and 65 inches) with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, recliner couches, and free WIFI. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are approximately 5 miles from the beach. 8.9 miles from SoFi Stadium and near many hospitals.

The studio has a standard queen size bed (60x80in), bathroom, closet space, small dining table & a desk/office space. Only 15 minutes away from LAX, the beaches (Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach & Manhattan Beach), the Kia Forum, and the SoFi Stadium, and close to tons of food options in South Bay.

One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
