Peaceful location 100 yards from Happy Valley. 25 minute walk from Coulsdon South Station with a regular 30 minute train service to central London. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, next to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead, unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
