Self-contained annexe to our house in semi-rural Catterall, 56m2/608ft2. Near Garstang, Lancaster & the beautiful Forest of Bowland AONB. Plenty of parking, also on bus route. Local restaurant, golf, canal walks & fell walking accessed straight from the house; Lake District or beach at Lytham StAnnes / Blackpool 40mins away. On the edge of the Pennine Moors with country walks from the doorstep this modern annex is in a peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac in Trawden. The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Bronte Country, Pendle Hill and Skipton (the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales) are under half an hour drive away. Off road parking, peaceful garden with superb views A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter & jams, cereals, tea, coffee provided.
