This is a private upstairs living quarter, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with private entrance in rear and self check in. Located only minutes from Downtown Dallas and less than 10 minutes from the Potters House. The room has two queen size beds, desk, television w/cable and WiFi. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. No smoking on property and no pets allowed.

The apartment is 1 side of a duplex that was recently renovated. It is about 900 sq feet. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless entry/code pad. The apartment has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in other room & a fold down futon couch.

Perched on top of a bluff overlooking scenic Lake Worth, guests have access to a private deck and perhaps the greatest view in Fort Worth. Equipped with a queen bed and pull-out couch. My place is close to Lake Worth, Eagle Mountain Lake, Fort Worth Nature Preserve, parks, dining, lakes, and is a 20-minute drive from Downtown Fort Worth and 15 minutes from Stockyards.

Come and stay in our beautiful 1,100 sq. foot guest house located in the heart of Arlington, TX. We are 3/4 of a mile walk to the AT&T stadium and Globe Life Park is a block farther. Other attractions include Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, and many more. We are surrounded by all kinds of restaurants & shops! We are only a few blocks to the University of Texas at Arlington.
