Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and property. There are over 2 miles of hiking trails, a 2-acre pond for fishing and a big wrap around deck to enjoy. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.
