Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. Located within the family friendly Lower Mill Estate, Riverbank House offers guests a spacious 4 bedroom property with private garden on the Thames, surrounded by greenery and lake views. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

Set next to the main house, the Annexe provides a quiet, tranquil space with a cozy double bed, open plan kitchenette a bathroom with shower & outdoor hot water shower. Stunning views over the countryside from your balcony provides a perfect backdrop for your relaxing stay. There is a Sauna on site bookable for an extra fee, just request.

Cotswolds - onsite leisure & wellness facilities

Lower Mill Estate is a 500 acre private nature reserve for holiday homes. Oakleigh Cottage is a fully equipped 4 bedroom (2 ensuite) property. It is one of a limited number of properties in Mill Village which includes access to the onsite leisure and wellness centre - heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, steam room, eco pool, gym, therapies and treatments. The Lower Mill also has playgrounds, children's trail, further heated pool, fishing, tennis, sport facilities, lake access and more.

The Old Schoolhouse Lodge

In the grounds of the Old Schoolhouse sits our luxurious lodge. Separate from the main house. The newly decorated and refreshed Lodge comprises of 1 bedroom(with kingsize bed) open planned lounge with table & seating area. Bathroom consists of a shower & WC, there is an addition with a beautiful relaxing Sauna, Views through the large bi fold doors of the rolling Essex countryside with the most spectacular sunsets on the horizon. You can enjoy an evening firepit or breakfast on the patio.

Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
