This is a furnished private bedroom and private bath ensuite, in my personal home. There is a dorm fridge for storing leftovers or items for simple meals and a microwave for heating TV dinners or maybe leftovers. Coffee pot, coffee, filters , cups and silverware, paper towels, cooking is not allowed. there is central heat and air. a desk and chair. antenna TV and internet are furnished.

This cozy little place I call home is located in Downtown Springfield in an older working class neighborhood with many renovated homes. Our neighborhood is called West Central Neighborhood. This home was built in the very late 1800 and has had several updates. The guest bedroom suite is downstairs with a private bath. Bedroom has a dorm refrigerator, small microwave, coffee pot,filters, cups. There is closet, drawer and work space. Antenatal TV, and internet. The porch with swing is available watching the Birds, Neighbors, or smoking if a guest chooses.

This is an older part of Springfield with much rebuilding and renovation. Very diverse architecture from small bungalows to large victorians. There are three parks in the neighborhood one is the new Route 66 Park on College Street. This neighborhood started a Route 66 Festival several years ago that has grown to a very large event. I am walking distance from Grocery and Drug Store, movie theater and Library, several restaurants and bars and breweries within walking distance in Downtown Springfield

Come and stay in a quiet and private apartment on the second floor of our country home. This is a convenient location near Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital, 5 miles from SBU and 25 miles from Springfield. We are 20 minutes from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre with room for boat parking. This is a large three bedroom unit with each room having a king bed with walk-in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.

Country setting. Feel free to use the fire pit in the back and depending on the season you can pick apples, grapes and blackberries. We have one friendly dog named Tillman. If you or anyone in your group is not comfortable with dogs in general then please let me know and I’ll keep him inside or on a leash.

We are at the back corner of a fantastic country subdivision.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Die Inman-Familie ist eine lustige und freundliche Familie und spektakuläre Gastgeber. Die große Wohnung über ihrem schönen Landhaus war für unseren Aufenthalt großartig. Auf jeden Fall fühlte ich mich wie zu Hause. Da unser Zuhause 2 Stunden entfernt ist und wir einige Zeit in Bolivar verbringen müssen, werden wir auf jeden Fall immer wieder bei 3 Kings in the Country übernachten.

This apartment is in a fourplex 14 blocks from downtown Springfield square. It is located in West Central neighborhood and older part of town and very diverse in architecture, history, walkability and socioeconomics. many restaurants and several breweries, a couple parks including the local Route 66 Park. the address for this apartment is 700# 1. I am told it somehow shows up 700 #2. I do have a 702 #2 apartment. both of these apartments are in the same four Plex.

This area is called the West Central neighborhood. An older part of Springfield with much renovation, it is a very walkable area and close to the downtown Square which offers entertainment. I have lived in this area for many years. It is diverse area in architecture, (Restored Queen Anne's and Victorians. Small bungalows, some needing TLC. New, older, and newer gated, apartments, College professors who bike to work, retired attorneys, small business owners, many working people, single parents and a few homeless people.. There is a Walgreens, Walmart, several microbreweries, restaurants, parks and theaters and museums within walking distance. :-).

Ruthies Wohnung war sehr komfortabel, sehr einladend und sehr sauber. Sie hatte mehr als ich erwartet hätte, sogar Eis und gefrorene Pizzen im Gefrierschrank, falls ich Hunger hatte oder etwas Gutes brauchte. Sie und ihr Mann Shawn waren leicht zu sprechen und äußerst rücksichtsvoll und boten mir sogar Dinge an, die sie in ihrem eigenen Kühlschrank hatten, wie Wassermelonen- und Kartoffelsalat. Ich fühlte mich sehr entspannt und ausgeruht bei ihnen zu bleiben.

this 4 plex is located in a working class neighborhood in Downtown Springfield, built in the 50s. walking distance to the old town square, to movie theaters, to parks, to museums and many resturants. much of the buildings original architecture is intact. it is not a fancy place. the large original cast iron tub, poured concrete walls are painted. floors are the same with area rugs. new windows and Electric update. heat and air. This unit is ideal for traveling workers, employed in the city, for one or several months.

This is considered one of the most walkable areas of the city, it is known as West Central neighborhood. It is about 14 blocks from the Old Town Square and even closer to 2 movie theaters, 2 parks, 2 museums and a plethora of restaurants, bars, grills and microbreweries

This recently-built cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located just off the 16th green of Pomme de Terre's Shadow Lake Golf Course (open year-round, weather permitting) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

A peaceful and soothing blue & white theme welcomes you in and invites you to make yourself comfortable. The eclectic mix of furniture and decor adds to the homey feel of the cottage, while abundant windows flood the space with natural light. At night, switch on the mini white lights in the corner trees for romantic ambiance. Bedroom is furnished with a charming full-size canopy bed, and has an extra large window looking out into the wooded area behind the cottage. Linens are 100% cotton for your comfort. The space is climate-controlled by a high-efficiency (and very quiet) ThermoCore heating & air conditioning split unit. Kitchen is fully functional with microwave, refrigerator, induction cooking surface, toaster oven, steamer, and crock pot. There is also a small gas BBQ available upon request for use outside. Coffee and tea station makes preparing those comfort beverages a pleasure. Conspicuously (but intentionally) missing is a TV, but an assortment of books, games, art activities, and puzzles is provided for the guests' enjoyment, and wi-fi is also available.

Caltons Cozy Woodland Cottage is located at the end of the gravel road that runs through the small, quiet subdivision around the local golf course. Most of the lots are vacant, and in fact, there are only about 10 homes total. Wildlife abounds! Shadow Lake Golf Course is a well-maintained, beautiful but casual course with reasonable greens fees ($20-$35 a round, depending on season and day of the week, cart included). A short walk down to the clubhouse will get you started! In addition to golfing, the clubhouse also has a pay-per-game (cheap at 50 cents) pool table and also a dart board. The clubhouse also offers simple snacks, pizza, hamburgers & hot dogs, and a variety of beverages. Pomme de Terre Lake, also known as "Gem of the Ozarks," is within walking distance. It is 12.36 square miles in area, with a shoreline of 113 miles, and is known for its superb fishing and recreational opportunities. State Parks and private marinas around its shoreline offer swimming beaches, launching areas, boat rentals, and more. The closest official swimming spot is Wheatland Park, about 3 miles from the cottage. But really, you can jump in about anywhere! There are several hiking trails in the area if hiking is your passion (or you just want to take a nice walk). One is in the area between the two main "arms" of the lake, one originates right in the town of Wheatland, and our favorite starts in Outlet Park, where the lake becomes the river. All are lovely. Pomme de Terre River, which flows out of the dam that forms the lake, is a serene, and absolutely gorgeous place to float in a kayak or canoe. For more information on how to arrange a float trip, just ask your host! Lucas Oil Speedway is one of the premier dirt-track racing venues in the country, and hosts the "Show-Me 100" each May, as well as the popular drag boat racing events in June and September, in addition to the weekly racing. The track has recently completed additional facilities for off-road truck racing events and boasts a go-cart track that is open during racing events. It is a big-time, incredible facility! Flea markets and thrift stores abound in the area, if shopping for bargains is your passion. We can tell you where they are and how to get there. Quite a few restaurants make their home around the lake area, such as The Harbor (outside eating area right on the lake shore), 254 Cafe, The Crappie Hole, and several others - more complete list provided upon check-in. (Be aware that most restaurants allow smoking. The exception is Our Kitchen Table in Weaubleau.) There is also a bowling alley near Nemo, about a 15-minute drive to the east side of the lake. Bolivar, a 30-minute drive down Hwy 83 to the south, offers a variety of excellent dining choices. (Some of those in the lake vicinity are seasonal and/or keep odd days & hours, so best to call first.) If you prefer a more action-packed vacation, we are about a 45-minute drive from Camdenton and busy Lake of the Ozarks. Miniature golf, water park, go-cart track, lake cruises, and many more activities abound!

Dies ist unsere zweite Erfahrung im Cosy Cottage und es war genauso toll wie die erste! Während Paulette zu Besuch bei unserer Familie war, hätten wir es nie gewusst - sie war immer noch genauso aufmerksam! Larry gab großartige Tipps (und ein Gespräch - so ein cooler Mann mit einer großartigen Geschichte!), Er brachte uns sogar zum Fluss und half uns dabei, unsere schwimmende Ausrüstung zu entladen! Sie fühlen sich wie eine Familie, wenn Sie dort sind, und respektieren gleichzeitig Ihre Privatsphäre. Ich bin so froh, dass wir diesen tollen Ort letztes Jahr entdeckt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Oh - noch etwas: Wir haben uns das neue Rustikale Häuschen angesehen und MAN ist wunderschön! Ich denke, ein Wochenende für Schwestern ist in naher Zukunft?

Ich hatte keine Gelegenheit, Paulette zu treffen, seit sie im Urlaub war, aber sie sorgte dafür, dass meine Freundin und ich mit Hilfe ihres Sohnes Dannon und der Putzfrau Debbie versorgt wurden und dass alle Fragen, die wir hatten, beantwortet wurden pünktlich betreut werden. Die Küchenzeile hat so ziemlich alles, was man braucht. Ich mochte die gut gefüllte Kaffee- und Teebar mit einem köstlichen Snack, der bei unserer Ankunft auf uns wartete. Jedes Fenster, aus dem Sie schauen, sehen Sie grün. Die Veranda ist mit sanften Nachtlichtern und einer bequemen Sitzbank ausgestattet, auf der Sie ein paar Momente des Natursongs im Freien einfangen können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This full apartment has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and small enclosed back porch. it is simply furnished, also provided are needed appliances, dishes, pots and pans, towel sheets Etc. Antenna TV and internet. (Most items needed for cooking, cleaning, bathing, and sleeping are furnished) a very functional place with value for the square footage . Street parking in front of apartment. This4plex was built in 1950's, has much of original architecture. The same large cast iron tub is not shiny but comfortable and clean.

Our home is located in a subdivision near all amenities. We have more home than we need, so, through the years we have shared our home with friends and family while they were traveling and wish to do so now with many of you. Enjoy a private room with a King bed and a shared bathroom with another room listed. You will have access to the Kitchen, main living area, and laundry. We would like to be your home away from home.

Make yourself at home while you're here in a king size bed. We do have stairs to access the main living area and the downstairs living area. For TV viewing you have access to Hulu Live and Netflix TV in your room and guest WIFI is also provided. In the main living area we also have a DVD Player. Access to the house is via a smart lock with an access code. We will set a code of your choosing on day of arrival. There is street parking available. We are a non smoking household but feel free to access the outdoors to do so. We have a fenced-in backyard and a medium/large dog door from our kitchen to access the backyard. Pets are welcome with the knowledge that we also have a dog in our home and we do ask that you clean up after your pet.

Our home is close to I-44, James River Freeway, Springfield/Branson airport, easy access to the college campuses, Rutledge Wilson Farm Park, walking trails and allows you to effortlessly connect to any part of the city. We are in a lovely subdivision on the west edge of Springfield, yet, near all amenities so you get the best of both worlds.

We have more home than we need, so, through the years we have shared our home with friends and family while they were traveling and wish to do so now with many of you. Make yourself at home while you're here in a sports theme room with a double size bed. We do have stairs to access the main living area and the downstairs living area. We will set a code of your choosing on day of arrival. We are a non smoking household but feel free to access the outdoors to do so. We have a fenced-in backyard and a medium/large dog door from our kitchen to access the backyard. Pleasant Hope is a quaint little town 15 miles from Springfield. Its about a 25 minute drive if you need to run into town for anything. Pleasant Hope is a 5 minute drive and it does have a well stocked gas station/convenient store/grocery store as well as a Dollar General. This is a historic home (1895) in an up and coming neighborhood. Private entrance. Access to outdoor patio and fire pit. The neighbors run an urban garden so you can get local grown food from their packing shed. Walking distance to downtown. (Owner has bikes upon request.) This is a private home with two separate apartments on the second floor. The owner is on site to assist you with any needs.

You can enter the apartment from the back of the house by going through the privacy fence side gate to the right of the back door and up the stairs. Once you enter the house, you will go up another 1/2 flight and your apartment is the door on the left.

You are only a few minutes walk or Uber from downtown. Many great restaurants and coffee shops to visit during your stay.

Dies war ein so lustiges und einzigartiges Erlebnis, dass es so viele Extras gab! Wir kommen nächstes Mal für ein paar Tage wieder, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. It's a Small Town 1,400 people very quaint and peaceful everybody waves to each other. grocery store and food are a couple blocks away, city park with walking track, pool, swings, and playground for the kids I block away. We have a mexican restaurant moma locas 2 blocks away, chineese restaurant joy wok, and home style cooking at the copper grill both by the grocery store 2 blocks away. Also we have several antique stores in town.

Beautiful field scenery, the smell of fresh grass, listening to the sound of birds singing. If you want to live in a quiet and peaceful farm, but don’t want to live too far away from the city and an inconvenient place, here it is. It’s only about 18 minutes away from downtown, MSU and 6 minutes from a Walmart center, and about 16 minutes to Cox hospital and Mercy hospital. It takes around 6 minutes to get to I-44 and 60 highway. It's about 830sqft , larger than two rooms in the hotel.

There are two houses in this property. One is the main big house, our family lives in it. The other is the small house named cozy cabin now. The two houses are about three hundred feet apart and do not interfere with each other. Guests will never be disturbed, only our very small and very cute Pomeranian dog will bark a few times. When the weather is good, you are welcome to wander on the 40 acres of land as long as you like. Look at our goats, chickens and rabbits, and occasionally you can see wild animals. The Cozy cabin has a separate washer and dryer that you may use at any time. There is a big refrigerator, an official stove and oven, microwave and coffee pot, and many kitchen supplies. There’s also enough space and furniture for you to use. So both long-term rental and short-term stay are very suitable for you. If you want long- term ( monthly payment) rental, welcome to consult, I will give you extra discount. Don't hesitate, come on! You can not only enjoy the convenience of the city, but also be close to nature.
