Tranquil setting on 6 acres. Studio apartment is separate to main house and has own kitchenette and bathroom. A car is essential as there is no public transport. A variety of beaches, bush walks and wineries are all within an easy hour drive. Breakfast is included for stays of less than a week, farm fresh eggs included when the hens choose to provide some. The apartment is suitable for a couple or small family if you can provide the extra bedding.

This apartment is ideal for couples and singles, for short and long term stays. The space contains a queen size bed and there is room for a blow up mattress for a child but please contact me first to discuss if you want extra beds. There is a kitchenette with a bar fridge, electric hotplate and microwave. There is a table or kitchen bench for meals. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.The space includes a full ensuite bathroom. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling and heating as well as a ceiling fan. A washing machine is available if needed, just let me know.

Telarah is 15 minutes out from the Hunter Valley wineries. 30mins to Newcastle. Telarah train station is 10 minutes away. Our big shopping complex “Greenhills” which has every shop you would need is only 20 minutes away. The bedroom is cosy with cupboard space and it’s own bathroom. The house is cosy and you would have access to all communal areas. We have a pool so great for summer months!! Must love pets and your pets are welcome as well!

Our house is warm and inviting and has everything you need.

We have a train station 10 minutes away We are a 30 minute train ride to Newcastle city and 15 minute drive to the hunter valley vineyards. We have 3 shopping complexes to choose from and our close by.

Ein komfortabler Ort zum Verweilen, wenn Sie Ihr Fellbaby nicht zurücklassen möchten. Das Hotel war nicht nur gut ausgestattet, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten, sondern die kleinen Details, die die örtlichen Hundeparks hervorhoben, die Erlaubnis, den Hund auf dem Sofa zu haben usw., trugen auch dazu bei, dass sich alle Gäste (Menschen und Hunde) wohl fühlten. Die ruhige Lage befindet sich am Stadtrand, ist aber dennoch nah genug, um nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Parks, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt zu sein. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich mich in Zukunft in Maitland befinde.

My house is a spacious home with a beautiful landscaped garden. There is a little deck outside your room where you can relax, watch and listen to the birds come to feed. The room is minimally furnished in neutral colours and has a beautiful ambience with ample space to store your belongings. The ensuite is spacious also. There is a large smart tv in the room and a private study where you can use your laptop to work and catch up with contacts.

To ensure your privacy to come and go as you please, there is private access to your room from the property. Through a side access gate, you can walk along a deck that leads to your room.

Old Bolwarra is a beautiful leafy suburb with a couple of scenic walks around the area. There is a little coffee shop close by, the lovely suburb of Lorn a 2 minute drive away and the heritage town of Maitland close by also. There is also the well-known tourist attraction, Walka Water Works a short drive away.

My place is a modern, spacious two storey home with vistas over the hinterland. You can enjoy sunshine on the north facing back verandah after a swim in the pool or sit in the shade of the awning while nursing an ice cold beer. This house was meant to be our perfect family home, but after separation it is now too big for only me. I'm working in hospitality and customer service and don't like to see this lovely space go to waste, so I thought I would open my home for others to enjoy it as I do.

CORONAVIRUS INFO: Anja's Place proactive in keeping you healthy! All our linen is sanitised at 90 degrees (kills all microorganism) and all rooms are getting disinfected after each stay. Disinfectant is available for all common areas to be used before and after use. The house has multiple living areas, there is a lounge area on the upstairs landing with TV, downstairs is another lounge area where you can retreat and read a book. We have an open plan kitchen and dining area with a spacious outdoor verandah and plenty of seating. Your room is upstairs - one queen room - and you are sharing the family bathroom with two other rooms that get rented out as well. Please be aware that this is a share house. I have my private quarters downstairs, however will not be at the house all that much. There is a housekeeper living close by if you need anything (extra charges may apply).

Coming home from your day trip you will find everything close by - the Rutherford shopping centre is 2 mins drive away (you could even walk if you like), the famous Bradford Hotel is just down the road, fast food restaurants and a liquor shop just opposite the pub and up the hill is the Maitland City Club with family friendly spaces. The city of Maitland with its iconic shopping mall and quirky alley ways are just a 5 minute drive and it is only twenty minutes to the first Hunter Valley wineries. You may even choose to drive half an hour into re-developed Newcastle with its historic buildings and stunning beaches.

Stay with us for a month or more and we will throw in a dozen bottles of premium Hunter Valley Wine. If you are after a longer stay and my villa doesn't seem to be available please contact me as I may be able to juggle bookings to accommodate you. The villa sleeps 6-8 and is fully self-contained with a well equipped kitchen with food basic such as oil, S&P, and vinegar as well as tea, coffee, sugar, spreads, milk and cold water. A laundry boasts a brand new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The main bedroom has a king bed which can convert to two singles, ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the third bedroom has been set up with two singles. We can accommodate an extra 2 guests on comfy single fold-out beds or a we can offer a top quality queen size blow-up air-mattress all with lovely soft linen. The main bathroom has a shower, a deep, modern bath and vanity and has soft, fluffy white towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The toilet is separate. A large, cozy lounge hosts a 50“ smart TV and FREE Netflix and a spacious dining area with dining table and chairs. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of Hunter wine for stays of two or more nights. Largs is a quiet rural neighbourhood with stunning big skies. We are only an 10 minute drive to Maitland which hosts Steamfest, Riverlights Multicultural Festival, Aroma Coffee and Chocolate festival, Bitter and Twisted Boutique Beer Festival, Taste food and wine festival and Groovin the Moo. We are only 6 kms to heritage listed town of Morpeth with its delightful cafes, pubs and artists. We are 7 mins to Mindaribba House, 9 mins to Tocal for the Tocal field days and homestead, 12 mins to Wallalong House, 10 mins to Albion Farm Gardens and 8 mins to All Saints Woodville. Trishs Ort ist sehr ruhig und privat. Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Pool mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Es ist sehr sauber gehalten. Es hatte alles, was wir in unserem Zimmer brauchten. This is a modern, spacious two storey home with vistas over the hinterland. This house was meant to be our perfect family home, but after separation is now too big for me alone. I work in hospitality and customer service and don't like to see this lovely space go to waste, so thought I would love to open my home for others to enjoy it as I do.

CORONAVIRUS INFO: Anja's Place proactive in keeping you healthy! All our linen is sanitised at 90 degrees (kills all microorganism) and all rooms are getting disinfected after each stay. Disinfectant is available for all common areas to be used before and after use. The house has multiple living areas, there is a lounge area on the upstairs landing with TV, downstairs is another lounge area where you can retreat and read a book. We have an open plan kitchen and dining area with a big outdoor verandah and plenty of seating. Your rooms are upstairs - one queen room and one twin single with one of the beds being a high bed . You are sharing the family bathroom with one other room that gets rented out as well. PLEASE NOTE: Exclusive use of bathroom available at extra charge of $25/night or add another bed room for $50/night - send me a message Please be aware that this is a share house. I have my private quarters downstairs, however will not be at the house all that much. There is a housekeeper living close by if you need anything (extra charges may apply). You will have your own space upstairs , but the package is not priced for exclusive use.

A great place to stay if attending concerts in the vineyards, visiting the historic town of Morpeth (only 10 minutes away) as well as many other places with local restaurants and trendy coffee shops. Newcastle beaches are among the best in NSW and only a short drive, as are our beautiful rainforests and vineyards. A great place for a weekend escape or a quite home away from home if working in the area.

The Cottage sits in the shelter of a beautiful, old camphor laurel tree. Our space is stylish and carefully crafted for our guests to enjoy a restful and peaceful stay. Our home is over 100 years old and has been carefully restored to retain its original character. The Hunter Valley vineyards are a short, scenic drive away and we are situated close to the quaint and historic township of Morpeth. We have many lovely cafes and restaurants in the area which we are happy to provide suggestions for.

We offer a self-contained space for up to 4 guests, with two rooms containing luxurious queen-sized beds with quality linen. The cottage has a separate living room with tea/coffee making facilities and access to a large, shady verandah overlooking a lovely garden. Please note that the space contains an ensuite bathroom. To access the bathroom, guests need to go through the main bedroom. With this in mind, we only have one guest party staying at any one time. We live in the rear section of the house but the guest section, which is situated in the front half of the house, completely self-contained and has its own entry.

The Hunter River flows through the township of Morpeth, and if you are keen you can take our kayak out for a sunrise paddle (car roof racks needed).

A very private and secluded place, Kirawa Spa Cabin will be your ultimate romantic getaway for that special occasion, or just because you can! Nestled on the edge of Mount George, high amongst the tree tops, you will feel on top of the world in this gorgeous cabin, and once you step into your steamy hot tub with a glass of bubbles in hand, you really will start to relax and unwind and focus on the most important things - each other!

Kirawa Spa cabin is a romantic and secluded cabin sitting high among the treetops on the edge of Mount George. This cabin has a beautiful log fire inside it's cosy lounge area, with views from all angles down through the valley. A hot tub and gas powered BBQ outside, will complete this perfect getaway for any couple. Kirawa Spa Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with a varied selection of cooking utensils & condiments ready for your self catered getaway. The gas BBQ on the deck is nearby the spa, with an outdoor setting for alfresco dining during those warmer months. You have access to everything that Cabins in the Clouds has to offer you, a tennis court, games room, pool, beautiful & peaceful scenery and the quiet serenity of an adults only location. Because of the title that Kirawa Spa Cabin is under, you also have access to all of the amenities at Eaglereach Wilderness Resort, again a pool area, tennis court, gym equipment and also a range of bushwalking trails, of which many are noted in your guest information in the cabin. This is a unique location and a gorgeous cabin that is now a part of our Cabins in the Clouds family.

Einfach hervorragend. Wir besuchten die Kirawa Kabine (Teil der Hütten in den Wolken) letztes Jahr zu unserem Jubiläum und waren so überwältigt, dass wir in diesem Jahr, als wir verlobt waren, zurückkommen mussten, um zu feiern. Und hat Bernadette das nicht so besonders gemacht! Wir hatten die Lieblings-Käsesorten meiner Verlobten dort bei der Ankunft und ihre Lieblings-Champagner, plus Rosenblüten und eine schöne Auswahl an Pralinen. Abgesehen davon, und wie üblich, die Kabine war makellos, makellos ausgestattet (einschließlich Feuer vorbereitete, Spa vorgeheizt und Heizung und bereit zu gehen) trotz der luxuriösen Details (die Sheridan Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Neu waren dieses Mal zwei Kabinen in den Wolken und Sheridan Co-Branded-Bademäntel und irgendwie eine noch bequemere Couch als im letzten Jahr. Bernadette, Sean und ihr Team haben sich einfach selbst übertroffen. Sie zeigen so viel Sorgfalt und Liebe für ihre Gäste und was sie tun, und Sie können ehrlich gesagt keinen Preis dafür bezahlen. Ich gehe herum und empfehle ihre Hütten jedem, den ich treffe, der nach einem Urlaub sucht, weil ich weiß, dass sie keine bessere Erfahrung in der Jägerregion haben werden (oder wahrscheinlich darüber hinaus!) Danke an Bernadette noch einmal für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!
