We will take you for coffee in one of the city’s historic cafés. Here in Trieste, coffee drinking is an important ritual and we will show you how best to enjoy it, like a true Triestino. Having finished our coffees, we will hop on the historic Opicina tramway (or replacement bus if the tram network is down) and head out to the green and distinctive Karst area, the starting point of our trip. From here, we will spend around an hour hiking and taking in breath-taking views of the city and the sea. Finding a peaceful spot to stop, we will sample rebechin, a typical Triestino snack, and savour the local produce. Our walk continues through a traditional village, followed by a descent to the sea. Strolling along fishermen’s trails and passing the railway station, which was built in 1857, we end our journey in the stunning Miramare Castle park. After the tour, you may wish to cool off with a dip in the sea, visit the Castle or return with me to the city centre. If you don't get the date you are looking for in the schedule, feel free to contact me. Other things to note 5km walk on a flat path and 2km walk on a descending path with stairs (total 2 hours walk). The trail does not present any technical difficulty. In case of rain the break will take place indoor.

Visita ai vigneti: lasciando il paese inizieremo la passeggiata esplorativa, scendendo le antiche coltivazioni a terrazza con vista sul mare, una caratteristica unica e tipica di questo territorio, un chiaro esempio di agricoltura eroica. Vino e prodotti tipici: ci fermeremo infine per una rilassante sosta in azienda agricola, così da poter godere della splendida vista degustando vini locali e prodotti tipici.

Kajakfahren & Schnorcheln in der Nähe der felsigen Strände und Klippen in Pula, Erkundung der Stadt vom Meer aus. Wir beginnen am Valovine Beach mit den Grundlagen der Kajak- und Sicherheitsregeln, danach setzen wir unser Meeresabenteuer fort, wo wir viel zu erleben haben. Außer Kajakfahren ist es auch möglich, am Strand zu schnorcheln, wo wir eine kurze Pause machen (ca. 30 Min.), die Gegend zu Fuß zu erkunden und/oder einfach nur die Sonne und das Meer zu genießen. Im letzten Teil des Abenteuers fahren wir mit Kajaks in die mit Stirnlichtern beleuchtete Höhle und bewundern die wunderschöne Meeresfarbe, die durch das Sonnenlicht erzeugt wird. I'll take you to our olive orchards close to Vodnjan, where we'll have a stroll through several fields. You'll get to know the difference between various types of olive trees, the details of organic production, how the olives are grown and how olive oil is made first hand. We'll also taste the three different labels of oil we produce, you'll understand and learn how to taste and distinguish between good and bad olive oil in the very place it is made! We offer a number of different workshop for people’s entertainment. You will have a basic introduction to glass fusing and then dive right in with hands on making something with our wonderful glass. Why buy a souvenirs when you can make your own and have the memory of the experience. This experience is to make a wildflower meadow (13cm x 20cm). We will show you different options of how to make this, showing you examples of the glass we use and finishes you can create before you embark on making your own meadow. It takes about 1,5 hour to make the meadow and then it goes in our kiln over night to be fused together at high temperatures and will be ready the next day for collection, it can be mounted in a frame, or slumped into a wave (this take an additional day) and we can send it to you, all at an additional cost. This is a great workshop for both adults and children alike. We can offer light refreshments to make this a perfect holiday experience ending with a unique memento of your holiday. Other things to note All children's workshops are using dull edged glass for safety, so there is minimal risk of cuts. SUNSET TRIP WITH AN APERITIF ON BOARD The most beautiful and magical time to enjoy the sea... the sunset. We will leave at 17.00 from Rabac, a cosy village on the eastern coast of Istria. We will navigate between our peninsula and the island of Cres, enjoying a delicious aperitif on board a spacious Merry Fisher 705. If the weather permits, for an even more complete experience, we will stop for a swim next to one of the small beaches that can only be reached by boat. What if it gets chilly? Don't worry, there is heating in the cabin which makes this type of experience possible from May until October. We'll be back around 8pm so you can stop off at a nearby restaurant to enjoy some fresh fish. On request (and with a supplement), the restaurant stop can be made on the island of Cres, in which case the return is scheduled according to your needs. The boat has every comfort, cushions in the bow and stern, large outdoor spaces for up to 6 guests. The bathroom is on board, as is the refrigerator to keep our provisions cool. In addition, the boat is equipped with radar for safe evening/night travelling.

Is there any better way to spend late afternoon in Piran than with a laidback walking tour through the narrow streets of the city which will take you back to the medieval times and give you great insight how people were living here few centuries ago? In 90 minutes walking tour I will share you some great stories from our granddads, local fishermen, salt producers and many more. During the tour you will visit important town squares, see lots of Venetian architecture and maybe even walk in 700 years old Minorite Monastery with rich history and interesting anecdotes. A great panoramic view will open on the top of the hill where church of St. George stands tall above the town. From this point you will be able to see Slovenia, Croatia and Italy at the same time. Great place to make some photos! In the end of the tour we will stop for a snack and refreshment with local food and wines (all included in the price). This region is widely known for it’s amazing wines like Malvazija (white) and Refošk (red), but you will be the judge which suits you better. After the tour I will be happy to recommend where to go for a nice meal, ice cream, coffee or a glass of wine. Don’t forget to ask where to buy a souvenir for a nice memory from this beautiful gem on the southwest edge of Slovenia.

We will get together at the main square in Pula, later we will visit all together 3 pubs. The first rule is to meet everyone so this is why we will play beer pong, have Pula pub crawl "scavenger hunt" and have some other games throughout the night.
